Rainbow Beach Club does not have a central rental agency, but we do work with several local realtors to facilitate long term rentals. The majority of properties at Rainbow Beach Club are 2‑bedroom renting for $3,000-$3,500/month which may or may not have bills included. There are very few 1‑bedroom properties, and those properties do not have Ocean views although every property at Rainbow Beach Club is just minutes from the spectacular pools with the ocean right off the property. This means for most longer-term student renters you will need to be prepared to rent a 2-bedroom property or share with a roommate.

Rainbow Beach Club does NOT allow pets for renters with NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not being mean - pets are not allowed for renters/guests as per our governance rules.
